To my understanding, the mad race of achieveing unrealistic annual results and the over confidence to ignore the fundamentals invite crisis. Today's Problem- Few CEOs read old literature, very few think and debate on them, but almost everyone comes up with her own book presenting the old fundamentals in a new cover.
